THE SHAW AND PARTNERS IRON SERIES
Race One Surf Craft will be first time sponsors of the the iconic Surf Life Saving Iron Series which will have the biggest shake up in its 40-year history, with a new naming rights sponsor set to usher in a fresh generation of talent.
Shaw and Partners Financial Services will be the new naming rights partner of the Surf Life Saving Australia’s Iron Series, extending their significant investment in surf sports across the country.
The Shaw and Partners Iron Series will look to expand the field from 40 to 56 starters, creating greater opportunities for younger athletes to qualify and have the opportunity to compete on the national stage.
Additionally, the prize pool will also increase from $325,000 to over $400,000 with the male and female Iron Series winners to both walk away with an Isuzu MU-X vehicle courtesy of Race One Surf Craft.
Shaw and Partners Financial Services have long supported surf sports and athletes right across the country as naming rights of the Coolangatta Gold as well as the Summer of Surf Series.

Race One Surf Craft are again major sponsors of The Shaw and Partners Financial Services Summer of Surf Series as it for its highly anticipated 4th year, promising an exhilarating season of premier surf racing and community engagement across Australia’s most iconic beaches. Under the long-term sponsorship of Shaw and Partners Financial Services, this series continues to grow from strength to strength, attracting top-tier athletes and enthusiastic spectators from around the world while offering over $600,000 in cash and prizes.
In a groundbreaking move, the series will introduce the inaugural Race One Surf Craft World Nipper Championships on Sunday, December 8th at Swansea Belmont, providing young athletes with an opportunity to showcase their talent and passion for surf sports on the biggest stage in the sport. Additionally, the Shaw and Partners Hayden Kenny Classic will also be offering an Under 11 – 14 racing component Sunday, November 3rd.

THE SHAW AND PARTNERS WA RACE WEEK
Race One Surf Craft will again partner Shaw and as major sponsors of the The Shaw and Partners WA Race Week. The race week is a mini-series within the Shaw and Partners Australian Ocean Racing Series, where points are awarded for each event with overall champions crowned across the categories. 6 events in one week with over $210,000 in cash and prizes.
This year will see the introduction of the Race One Twilight paddle board Dash (2km) with over $15,000 of cash and prizes.

THE KOZII IRON CHALLENGE
The Kozii Iron Challenge has been on the Queensland Surf Sports calendar since 2016 with over 300 nippers attending the inaugural event at Raby Bay. Since then, the event spread as far north as Cairns and south to Mornington, Victoria.
Once the COVID restrictions were lifted, the Kozii Iron Challenge has become an annual event at Mooloolaba, North Burleigh and Raby Bay, making a 3-Race Series. Each event attracts over 250 nippers from all states across the country.
Kozii swimwear has been the major sponsor of the event since the beginning. Race One came on board in 2023 as a sponsor. The main aim of the event is to provide our young surf competitors the opportunity to participate in 3 iron person races in a round robin format and, for those highly competitive members, to race for the Age Group Champions trophy.
