Surf Skis, Double Skis & Ocean Skis
Due to the size and specialised handling required, freight for Surf Skis, Double Skis and Ocean Skis is quoted individually after your order has been placed.
This allows our team to organise the safest and most cost-effective freight solution based on:
- Delivery location
- Product dimensions
- Freight carrier availability
- Residential or commercial delivery
- Airport or door-to-door service where available
Once your order has been received, our team will contact you to confirm your freight costs before dispatch. Oversized craft will only be dispatched once freight has been approved.

Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sale periods, product launches and peak surf sports seasons, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
If there is any delay with your order, our team will contact you as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
If you haven't received your tracking email within two business days, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination and product ordered.
Oversized products, including surf skis and boards, require individual freight quotations. Please contact our team before placing your order to obtain an international freight estimate.
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your order.
If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to update your details before dispatch, changes cannot be guaranteed once your order has been processed.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information may incur additional freight charges before they can be re-sent.
Freight Damage
Every Race One order is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our warehouse.
If your order arrives with visible freight damage:
- Photograph the packaging and product immediately.
- Notify the freight carrier where required.
- Contact the Race One Surf Craft team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.
