HEXTEK is an evolutionary new light-weight, inner core construction technique that uses the properties of hexagonal honeycomb structure for unparalleled toughness, strength and durability. Finished in a robust Carbon fibre sandwich, these Racing Mals are state of the art in design and construction.

All boards include 5 handles (2 front, 2 back and 1 grab handle), Fin, Recessed Side Grip (both sides), SLSA compliance sticker. 

Extras include Nose and Tail protection tape $60, Board Cover $275, Freight (quoted once order is confirmed).

Rocket board 🚀

After 6 years paddling the same board, I was a bit nervous about the change but I’m glad a got an R1. This board is as fast and comfortable to paddle as it gets. Once you jump on it, you can tell this was designed by other paddlers: how the weight is distributed makes the board much more stable than other competitors in the 75-80kg size, without compromising in speed; that means you can paddle more aggressive. It also seats on a wash like a dream! Truly loving the board sessions with this board
