Please note length of the caps differ from ski to ski. It may be beneficial to replace both at the same time. 

As per the picture attached the Venturi caps are the Triangular shaped smaller carbon segments which will need to be applied by an experienced repairer or boat builder. The remainder of the black section around the cap is black gel coat.
